  • How do I book a garment?

    To hire a piece, send us a message on Instagram with the item you're interested in. From there, we’ll confirm availability and whether you’d like to pick up or have it shipped.

  • Can I try it on before renting?

    Yes! We offer 30-minute fittings at our Collingwood space. We charge $10, which is credited towards your hire if you choose to loan something on the day.

  • Where are you based?

    We’re located in Collingwood, VIC. Pickup and fittings are available from here.

  • How long is the rental period?

    For Weekday hires, garments must be returned the following day. For Weekend hires, returns are due by Monday. We do offer extended rental options if arranged in advance.

  • Do I need to clean the garment after use?

    Nope! Dry cleaning is included in your hire fee. Just return the piece in good condition.

  • What if I damage a garment?

    Significant damage or stains may incur a repair or replacement fee. Please ensure you're aware of the RRP (recommended retail price) listed in the product description.

  • Do you offer collaborations?

    Yes, we love collaborating! Please head to our Contact Us page and include your Instagram handle and any other relevant social platforms (like TikTok). We'll review your enquiry and get back to you as soon as we can.

  • Can someone else attend the fitting with me?

    As our fitting space is small, we offer one-on-one appointments only. If you bring someone with you without prior notice, they will need to wait outside for the duration of the appointment.

  • Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

    We do not offer refunds for change of mind after a certain period.

  • What happens if I return a garment late?

    Late returns will incur a daily late fee. Please communicate with us if you're running behind so we can assist.

  • Can I use your pieces for a shoot?

    Absolutely! Let us know the date, concept and any styling info. We also offer stylist discounts – just get in touch through our Contact Us page.

  • If I enquire about a garment or book a try-on, does that mean it’s held for my event date?

    No — garments are only secured once a deposit or full payment has been made. Enquiries or try-on appointments alone do not guarantee availability for your event date. To reserve the garment, a deposit must be paid for the specific date you're enquiring about. Bookings are confirmed on a first-paid basis.
